How it works

agents.hot is a daemon-first runtime: the runtime lives on your machine, transcripts stay local, and only the agents you explicitly expose ever leave. It speaks the A2A Protocol v1.0, and it is MIT-licensed.

Why this state

It is the first of several things we want to build. We are publishing it in this state — small, opinionated, incomplete — because it is the only way we know to find out what AI products should actually be.
